in nero 6 how do i set-up dimensions for (WxDxH): 135 x 28 x 190mm
as i am trying to print covers for 10 disk cases. thanks

You can import the template I created for a six-box, but a really big six-box which is about the size of your ten-box. Here it is; I've uploaded it for you:
