I'm considering purchasing a LD-S9. The unit was only made and sold in Japan. The seller is including the step down transformer for the 100V requirement. My question is, I have Japanese and US NTSC laserdiscs. Is the output of the player 0IRE?. I'll assume that if I play a Japanese NTSC laserdisc on it, I'll have to set my Canopos to capture at 0IRE. What about US NTSC laserdiscs?

Japan and US has the same exact NTSC system. The discs will work the same.
