first burn out of sync

I recently bought a new http://www.samsung.com/Products/OpticalDiskDrive/DVDWritables/OpticalDiskDrive_DVDWrit...Specifications and just completed my first burn with Nero. I am running all the latest updates of codecs, programs, and drivers that I could possibly think of. Yet my first burn was way out of sync, and I have no idea why. What do you guys suggest I do?

To answer that, you would need to know where it is I want to go, where I am now, and how EXACTLY I got there.

Most sync issies is due to bad source material or changing the frame rate/TV system during the process, like converting/authoring a NTSC AVI as PAL DVD.
Also, Nero is good for burning stuff - nothing else. For concersion of material to VideoDVD, have a look att convertxtodvd.
