Please help - 750 MB Media Center 2005 Bootable CD/DVD disc image

I have a 750 MB ISO Disc image of Media Center 2005 on my hard drive. Intially i thought that the ISO must have contained some sub channel data thats why its size is 750Mb, but after trying several possible combinations, the disc image fails to burn to CD.

I wanted to know whether the image is a CD or a DVD image. Are these images interchangeable ?

Essentially after I some research and understanding, I partially conclude that there wont be any essential difference between an ISO images taken off from a CD or any DVD.

For eg: write any 32 MB ISO image to DVD (create the image using any program)
< Then write the same image to CD, both are perfectly workable.

Now take any original operating system bootable CD or any other software application CD. Create ISO and burn to DVD. Absolutly works.

This way every CD image can be duplicated on DVD but not every DVD can be duplicated on CD only in case of DVD images being greater than 700 MB.

Is my above point valid "Is there any program that can tell me whether an ISO image is a DVD or CD image ?"

Tried nero, magic iso, ultraiso, isobuster nothing they all say its an image.

90 minute CD holds >750 MB ... no need for DVD to burn the image

No, I do not really think it might be a 90 image. Its actually from original HP OS Restore disc but i cannot determine whether it was CD or DVD because it got lost. But luckily I had an ISO image on my hard drive.

Also 90 mins CDs are not available here. Only the usual 700 MB CDs or else 4.4 GB DVD are available, even dual / double layer DVDs are not available.
