    Guys is there any list of PVRs or DVRs? Especifically stand alones that NOT depend on either the TV Guide video input or a TIVO-like service but rather, has its own programming options like a VCR?

    Can you recomend me any?

    Another thing, I'm not necessarily looking for one that have DVD. It can just be a HDD recorder with the same caracteristics mentioned before.
