    i need drivers for my dvd rom drive and dvd burner i have an nec 2510 dvd writer and a samsung sd 616t dvd rom if ther is anywhere i can go to look for these drivers can anyone tell me. i had searched the net and have searched the website for both manufacturers and they say there is no drivers that they have.somwhere i read that drivers for the windows server 2003 may work any help is appreciated

    I dont think there will be any reliable device drivers until the final release version of Vista is released. It's still in beta/release canidate stage. That's why they say not to install it on a machine used for daily production.

    DVD burner and DVD ROM drives don't usually need drivers. They are normally included in the OS. If your Vista version doesn't have the basic drivers, it doesn't sound like a complete version.
