I have an All-In-Wonder 9600 card and would like to know if it's possible to capture directly to my DVD-RW much like using a standalone DVD recorder. If it is possible what software do I need to use to accomplish this? Thank you for any help you can offer.

I'd say "no", I don't think your 9600 has MPEG2 encoder onboard, and software encoders aren't that fast.

    No.

If you want do to that, buy a DVD recorder and hook it up to the tv, just like a VCR. Just skip the computer entirely.

I already have a DVD recorder. I just wondered if this was possible. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
