The audio source I am converting from is 129kbps but TMPGEnc won't let me lower the audio settings. It is locked at 240kbps. How do I change it?

You have to load the "unlock" template which is in the extras folder in addition to the SVCD or VCD template. This will allow you to change the audio bitrate.

Okay, thanks for the information. I have another question. When I select the toolame audio encoder with TMPGEnc I have a problem. After TMPGEnc does something called "creating Temporal wave" the entire applications bombs out and never continues the conversion. What is causing that? I don't get an error or anything, TMPGEnc just shuts down.
