You need to convert the DTS to stereo audio. DTS audio is only playable through a digital (Coax or optical) connection to a DTS decoder. If it isn't decoded you get pink noise, which can blow speakers if it hits them loud enough.

You could try the Hypercube Transcoder to get it into a state where you can then convert it to PCM audio for CD.

daemontools can mount the ISO so it appears to your system like another CD/DVD drive. You can then access the contents like any other DVD.

You could also use DVD Audio Extractor.
Which is stated as having a 30 day free trial. I don't know as i bought mine a long time ago because it's great & i use it a lot!!
    One program one step.

It will rip and convert to wav (all six channels or stereo), mp3, ogg, direct stream or even rip an image & cue sheet straight from the disc.

Or you can use DVD Decrypter to rip just the VIDEO_TS folder contents (which is where the DTS files are) to your HDD & convert from there or if you use the ISO image just mount it as guns1inger stated and use DVD Audio Extractor to rip it right to wav or image and cue sheet then just burn it to a cdr.

You can also do it by chapter points or just the full disc as one long song.
