When you burn a DVD+R some DVD burners (not all) can do something called BITSETTING.

In short a DVD+R can be labeled in the header info as a "DVD+R" or as a "DVD-ROM" and you always want it to be set as a "DVD-ROM". Setting this "header info" is called BITSETTING.

DVD-R does not have this issue.

    Anyways ...

I am guessing based on your description (by the way you need to hone your grammar skills big time) that you are burning to a DVD+R and that DVDShrink is setting it to a "DVD-ROM" but since I avoid DVD+R discs like the plague I really can't say for sure.

As a side note ... you really should be using DVDShrink to output to a VIDEO_TS folder only. After that you close DVDShrink and use ImgBurn for burning. This will give you better results than allowing DVDShrink to do it all. And no don't let it create an ISO IMAGE file either. Do that and the burning with ImgBurn.

Shrink doesn't actually burn. It uses either decrypter (or imgburn) or Nero to burn once it has created the video files. You must have one of these programs set to burn to rom.

To be more accurate, DVD-R lack's this advantage.

And what's wrong with making an ISO & burning with ImgBurn instead of letting ImgBurn use a VIDEO_TS folder

I don't like the method DVDShrink uses to create an ISO IMAGE file.
