    Im not sure if Im posting in the right forum but, anyone know of an easy way to convert a Java applete into a Flash executable?

    I don't think there is any. Java is a programming language - Flash is a graphics/presentation platform.
    It's almost like asking to convert a C++ application into a PowerPoint presentation.

    Actually, Flash uses a programming language called ActionScript and is not a million miles away from Java.

    The first step would be to convert Java to ActionScript. Then it needs to be compiled into a Flash SWF.

    A quick Google on 'actionscript java' yielded:

    which may provide useful insights (it contains the sentence "Automatic Java-ActionScript translation (the actual term is serialization) works for many other data types, and it works going from client to server as well.")
