    IN testing various recorders, I usually remember seeing a thumbnail of the clip in title list. But my JVC player does not show thumbnails for the new Sony recorder just got. anyone know why that is? thanks.

    Varies by player. None of the three that I have display any thumbnails (JVC, Philips, Oppo).
