Computer wont burn vcd/svcd

Hi, I've got this really annoying problem, hope someone can help, I'm using windows 98, I then use winavi to create a vcd or svcd, everything goes well, I can then use either nero to create and burn it or use vcdeasy to create the burnable file (an error message appears on vcdeasy saying I cant directly burn it using vcdeasy because my computer doesnt have the right aspci or something) so vcdeasy creates a file that can be burnt using nero, so I try to use nero to burn it but everytime it gets to the actual burning screen my computer freezes, I dont have a problem using nero for burning anything else like games and music etc..

I've tried just using nero to create the vcd/svcd but it still freezes on the buring screen everytime,
has anyone else had this problem or have any idea whats wrong, its driving me mad, should I use another program to burn the file or something?

upgrade your aspi drivers so that you can burn with vcdeasy

Google for "ASPI Windows98" - install, and I'm sure VCDEasy (and burnatonce and others) will work. Much better than Nero ever will.
