  1. Hi Guys Ive posted a couple of times on this subject in bits but im getting nowhere fast so let me start from the top...I know you guys are good

    Im trying to convert a dv file (.dif) to an mpeg2 / 6MB / cbr lower field first!

    its that strict...anyone got any ideas what i can do? im using ffmpeg with some success but the video jitters.

    your help would be much appreciated!

    Load your output file into the latest gSpot and post a screen shot.

    And I assume you mean the video is jittering during pc playback?

  3. Downloading gspot now!!!

    The video jitters when played back through a mpeg-2 decoder board into an sdi video feed for broadcast.

    The reason I need to keep 6mb per second CBR exactactly is compatability with an adobe premiere plugin used and I havent yet acheived that....soon as I get in tomorrow ill run this gspot test.
