  1. I downloaded my VCD in divx.avi format in #vcdvault. I then uncompressed the audio with the adddittional file that comes with avi2vcd. Afterwards the file with the decompressed audio (ending with pcm) was encoded with TMPEnc. In the middle of the encoding a problem occcured. This messege popped-up "illegal floating decimal point calculation order". I opened up the movie and i went to the part where the error messege popped up. Excactley in that part my video totally freezed up but audio continued, i was forced to forward 5 mins to skip the "bad" part. (is there any way to fix this "bad" part?). I tried to fix the problem myself, not really fix it but what i did what just cut off that "bad" part. So i opened up TMPGEnc again and i used the SOURCE RANGE to separate the movie WITHOUT the bad part. When i finished encoding everything (2 parts, 1 part was before the "bad" part and the second part was after the "bad" part). I opened up the first part and it was perfect and so i opened up the second part of the movie and thats where another problem showed up. The video was great but the audio was either too late or too early ( I think too early because i think that the "bad" part i cut off, actually i cutted only the video not the audio (maybe, not sure) and so the audio was all screwed up in the second part). I treid cutting the original video into two parts with Virtual Dub 1.3c and again i faced the same problem. Virtual Dub calls this "bad" part a "VideoSourceAVI error: unspecified error (-100)". I was wondering if there is a way to fix this "bad" part or a way to cut the video but keeping the audio in order. Please help, thank you

  2. Cut out the bad part with Virtual Dub, that might work.
