really need to create a dvd chapter!

hello guys
i ve read the topics & i used TMP dvd author v2.0 and also ulead dvd moviefactory 5.
but none of these programs didnt do that i want.
i want to create a dvd chapter on my hard disk.just this not to a dvd ok?
which program u know that creat dvd chapter?i want a program that create a chapter show somthing like this image that i have attached.

Not sure I follow what you are asking.

Do you want to

1. Have a short clip with the above image show before the movie plays (perhaps when the disc is first loaded)

or

2. Show up in the video itself ?

or

3. Just create a short video clip ?

Chapters are markers in video stream, not segments of video. However, if you want to have a seperate clip for use in DVD creation later, you can do it by loading a still image windows movie maker and saving it out as a DV avi. from there you can encode it anyway you like.

i want to create a dvd chapter in hard disk that when i want to write a dvd reauthore DVD with this chapter that i ve create on my hard disk.then it will be the first chapter.this chapter will be like an advertisement.got it?

WMM is probably the simplest answer. Output as DV avi file and encode using whatever encoder you have. Use PGCEdit to insert this as a first play item - look at the PGCEdit page for guides on how to do this.
