Menu creation question?

I already have my 31 individual files already converted. I basically want to make a Themepark dvd of my trip. I want one main menu where I can select which land and from there go to a new sub menu where I can select the ride I went on. This is basically the outline I want:

Whole Them park(Main Menu)->Individual Lands with pics as buttons for each ride(Submenu).

Now I have already created the menus in photoshop. Each menu is the same they have a background of the land with each ride poster on an individual layer. I want to import those menus into a authoring program that will allow me to easliy link the posters to one of the clips. Thus when someone clicks on the ride poster the video will began to play of the ride. I also want to be able to change the highlight colors when the poster is selected. I tried to do this in photoshop but could not figure it out.

I currently only have access to adobe encore and dvdit 6 at school that I can use. Which program would be the best. Also what other programs would allow me to do what I want.

I also want to be able to save it as a dvd on my harddrive and burn.

P.S. I'll attach an example of one of the menus. I want them to click on the space moutain poster and the video of space moutain began to play

Of those two programs, and considering your are starting with photoshop created stills, Encore would be the better choice.

Ok so Adobe Encore would be the better and more compatible. But how would I be able to do the rest that I wanted as stated in my first post

You paid for it, learn to use it. There are tutorials on Adobe's site, you have the manuals that shipped with it. Play around and get to know it.
