For some reason, regardless of any input source (VCR, Camcorder, TV, PlayStation2, etc.), the PowerCinema's Record button is inactive. Sometimes, at the point where the Live TV is activated, the Record button goes active for a second, but when it's pressed it gives a warning saying that "This movie is copyrighted," even when it's an old TV program recorded on a VCR ten years ago or a home movie on a camcorder.
I don't find anything in the Settings option that can deal with this. Can anyone advise on what might need to be done to fix this issue?
Thanks in advance.

Oh well, since no one has responded in a week, I'll just close this matter by saying that I returned the Theater 550 Pro for a Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP Expert. This works like a charm.
I'll probably never buy anything related to ATI or CyberLink anymore.
