Do all these disks have Taio Yudon dye, or is it all dependant on which batch they came from ?

Are they the ones from www.svp.co.uk ? If so then they are Taiyo Yuden.

No they are from here www.parkroadwest.co.uk but it doesnt actually tell you much about them... seem fairly cheap though

The packaging has the Made In Japan logo so they probably are TY. Have a look at these http://svp.co.uk/products-solo.php?pid=1217 they're the same media as the Panasonics but a bit cheaper.

Yes, i've used both Panasonic and Verbatim, both superb quality discs.
