    I'v been testing some backup methods of dvd to dvdr,
    I was wondering if there is a tool to check out the video bitrate of my results?
    please link me or tell me a name of a tool that can do that

    play backup copy w/ powerdvd. right click select 'show information.

    or, freeware - DVD bitrate viewer
