I try to convert the content of a VIDEO_TS dvd folder to a avi file using Im too dvd ripper
everything is working fine except that the output file have lost too much quality
I even put the option same quality to enable.

So is there anything I can do to have the same video quality in my output file
maybe you have other software suggestion

I second the use of autoGK as it is a great program that can back up a DVD to XviD or DivX formats. I highly suggest you try it out.

However you alos have to match your expectations of quality to the size you are reducing the video to. From my experience, Xvid/Divx will have the same quality as a good DVD at about half the bitrate. Half the bitrate = half the size, not a 700mb CD sized file. If you want good quality, keep the bitrate up. If you want it on a CD, accept that you will lose a large part of the original quality.
