Profile East, are they legit?

I hope this is the right forum to ask this. If it isn't, I apologize.

I am going to buy a TBC-1000 and was looking around for the best price. I found one for $298 at a site called Profile East at www.profileeast.com. I was going to buy it, but the lackluster Web site (no pictures of most items) and lack of feedback available out them has me worried. I found one feedback about them at pricegrabber.com which was positive, but nothing at resellerratings.com or othes. Anyone deal with them before? Are they ok to do business with?

costs $50.00 more but ,hey they are great to deal with.
