Re-rip it from your original disc and process it with the correct audio.

How about you explain the process you used to create this DVD, and we tell you where you went wrong, and how to do it right ?

Extract the correct audio and convert it to AC3. Make sure it is exactly the same length as the original. Use this guide for IFOedit -> https://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?guideid=667#667

It covers more than you need, but the key part is about replacing a audio track in a DVD.

If that is too complicated, use DVD Decrypter to demux the video, create a new audio track, and re-author in DVD Lab Pro.

Be aware, if you are taking audio from a different version of the source you may get sync problems.

    Star agin from the beginning.

    What was your source ?
Do you still have the source files ?
It is much easier to fix the DLP project by replacing the audio and recompiling, than trying to fix it after the fact.
