I use an original Nod 32 anti-virus which is updated regularly. If I want to put it on a second computer, can I transfer the updates till present day, and where do I find them in the files ?

If in doubt, Google it.

It is too much trouble to transfer the installed components of definitions database from one computer to another, they go into several places.
When I had Norton AV, I saw files related to AV definition in quite a few places. It is much easier to simply download a new definition database.
I use NOD 32 myself, they are very strict about product licencing. Their site has a warning that licences have been suspended for trying to use one licenced program on more than one computer.
I plan to switch to another product next year. My firewall indicates NOD 32 attempting to access Internet far too often. I see no good reason for that behavior. I do not want it to go out any more after it got a new def database.
Their support is also rather weird. You have to enter far too much data to be allowed to send them a question. As if there is no less intrusive ways to authenticate a legitimate user...
