    I'm assuming this a vcd.

Use isobuster and you'll get 1 mpg file for each disc.

The simplest way to do this is to use Tmpgenc Dvd Author and take the two mpg files and simply put them back to back in the same title:

    example:

    title 1

    mpg file 1
    mpg file 2

That way they should play back to back seemlessly.

Since they are vcd they can be put into dvd format. The beauty of TDA is it will only convert the audio (to 48khz the dvd spec - vcd is 44.1 khz or the rate of a normal audio cd). The video will remain unchanged.

You can download a trial copy of tda to use. Just click on the highlighted "tmpgenc dvd author" link above to find out where to get it.

If the original files are avi's, then you will most likely ending up getting audio sync issues.

My experience has shown that is much less work and time consuming to get a standalone that can play Divx/avi. Then all you have to do is burn the files onto a disc as data and play.
