    can I convert dvd movie from zone 1 to zone2?
    have a movie who was recorded in zone 1 and on the pc i can see the movie thanks to any dvd, i would like to convert to pal system and to zone 2. is it possible with any dvd? can it help or is another program needed?

    Region zone has nothing to do with pal and ntsc. If you rip a dvd or make a home made dvd it will be region free.

    Yes, you can convert NTSC to PAL, https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=267229 ...but many dvd players supports both or can output NTSC as PAL for your TV.
