In VS9, what is this:
File>>Project Properties>>Edift file format: MPEG or AVI
Which one should I choose? I want to import my DV AVI's and ultimately create DVD's that play in a DVD player.

If you don't need to do any editing, you can capture as mpeg. If you plan on doing much editing, I would capture as DV-AVI.

Read some of the basics about video capture/editing, and look up the defination of MPEG and AVI.
