    I will hope I can find all my answers here. I bought a web cam: Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000

    I also have the Microsoft movie maker.

    I made my 1st video on the web cam at 640 x 480 1.3 MP but file was to large to load up on youtube.

    so I reduced picture size to 320 x 240 on the cam but it would not let me choose 1.3 MP only gave me the choice of same as video.

    I re-did the video and it uploaded fine on you tube.

    But it seems to with the sound running ahead of the video. How can I fix this problem?

    Are you converting with movie maker or ? to what video format are you converting? video and audio codec?

    1st I'll have to look up codec to find out what that means. I think maybe i need to read other post in this forum to build my knowledge
    of video editing terms.
