  1. I have a problem with the NeroVision that I didn't have previously. I am using NeroVision 4.1.0.9.
I am trying to burn some home DV's to DVD. Recently the right edge of the DVD encoded movie has some jagging that is not on the original. I have captured the DV (as avi) and the video is clear. Only after the DVD encoding the jagging apears.
I am attaching a capture of the distosion.
Did anybody have the same problem?

Are you using Nerovision to encode the DV to MPEG-2? Do you get this same result with other encoders, like TMPGENC or CCE?

If you see the jagginess during action of motion then it might be interlacing. NVE is not that great. You mightwant to try a better tool.
No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!

  5. That is vertical jaggines, not the interlacing one. it did worked nice till recently I have reinstalled all on my PC.
I had encoded the file with TMPGENC and it doesn't have that distorsion... But I am afraid when I will author the DVD with Nero will do the same (I am testing now).
