I have just discovered a great looking converter box from Roland/Edirol. "Edirol VMC-1"
Has anyone ever heard of this or even used this device before?

It looks like it has fantastic features like TBC and Frame Synchronizer on top of real time colour corrections. It looks to be on par with the Canopus DVAC300 but with better features. I am not too sure of Edirol’s rep as a video company but they have a great name in the audio industry.
