The DAR flag can easily be changed with DVDpatcher
/Mats -
DAR stands for Display Aspect Ratio. It's the aspect ratio at which the final picture is supposed to be displayed (regardless of the frame dimensions). For example, both 16:9 and 4:3 DVDs may both use a 720x480 frame. The only difference is the DAR which tells the DVD player how to display it.
If a 16:9 video is changed to 4:3 using DVDPatcher the picture will be displayed as 4:3 but everything will look tall and skinny.
Do what I suggested earlier. -

I was converting a file not a dvd
the file was not displaying properly I always need to stretch the display to be more larger because everything was looking all sweezed.
And I also wanted a 4:3 format not a 16:9
So thanx for the suggestion DVDPatcher worked fine
