Hi,
i am converting .vob files with Pinnacle's Trex, and every time i start with a 16:9 formatted videofile, Trex changes it into 4:3 format. What am I doing wrong? Am I missing special settings in Smartripper?
Thx,
Soran2000

I never worked with Pinnacle's Trex, but it have definitely nothing to do with smartripper. Look for a resize option in Trex, source aspect ratio and target displayed aspect ratio (DAR) or something like that.

I have had this same problem no matter what programs I use. When you rip a 16:9 movie it plays as 4:3. I have no idea how to fix this and have made numerous posts and gotten no help with it.
I was tryig to burn scenes back to dvd-r and everything comes as 4:3 letterbox instead of Widescreen.
