Just wondering if any of you camera/camcorder experts had any suggestions for a good small handheld camcorder?

Here are the things it must have:

At or under $300
Small
Take mpeg movies as well as still pictures w/ at least 4 megapixels
Rechargeable Li-on(orwhatever it's called) battery(no, AA, AAA batts)
Memory card is a MUST. And has to be able to hold the 2gig card

I'm having a hard time finding one w/ those things under $300. I've found one and it's way too cheap($150 cheap brand, worried about durability). I don't want one that records onto mini-dvs because I want easy transfer to a PC for editing/viewing.

Any help would be appreciated.
