    I have an avi that is pal which is 25fps and I am going to convert it to ntsc 23.976fps. I also have the subtitles for this avi and I am going to add them using submux tool from vobsub. Do I need to mux the subtitles first and then using vdub to change the framerate of the avi or is there a tool to change the frame rate of the subtitles. I am planning on muxing the subtitles and then using direct stream copy to save the file in vdub after changing the framerate. Will this work?

    I found my own answer. I have to use the full processing and the textsub filter in vdub to get it to work.
