    Hey!!
    I am making a DVD, and my main menu has music. However, should I (or someone else) want to turn the music off, I'd like to create a music on/off button in the main menu. I've tried looking everywhere, but I cant seem to find this feature.....

    Just Copy the Menu (Minus) the Audio and add a Link called somthing Music Off.

    ... and then it switches to an identical second menu, though audio-less.

    great idea! thanks! (sorry, bit of a noob!). I'm also an idiot: i created a button, and created the identical menu just w/o the sound, but i cant figure out how to link the two together to go back and forth.... (the only thing i could think of is under Menu > Button > Playlist, and the "Link" checkbox... but "Link" is greyed out. I can fix that by assigning a track to it (dont i want to assign it a menu??) but that doesnt seem to work -- it just plays itself over again, w/ sound.

    Drag the target menu thumbnail from the bottom onto the button.
