    Is there a program I can download to make my computer's DVD-ROM drive region-free? I can only change the region code on the drive three more times before it won't let me anymore.

    I use DVDidle Pro. No problems to date.

    The company concerned have a number of products, take a look here for more info:

    Frequent updates and good support for their stuff swung it for me.
