This is not humor. Unless that was a professional stuntman, he could easily have broken his neck. This is attempted murder, the ******* who kicked him should be prosecuted and spend time in prison.
If this were produced deliberately, presenting this behavior for laughs is why we have schoolchildren shooting each other, or committing suicide because of constant bullying. -

While I agree that it is not funny (in the least), it is FAR from attempted murder. Assault and Battery at the most, with manslaughter 2 if the guy died. People who get in druken fights aren't (necessarily) serial killers.

People who find this sort of thing amusing have something missing in their lives, like this happy slapping craze. See how funny you find it when you are the victim.

I also fail to find any humor in this video.

I fail to see the humor in somebody getting hurt. Even if it was staged it's still not funny.

(Devil's Advocate mode)
Ever watch "America's Funniest Home Videos?" Most of that show deals with situations in which people either get hurt or do something that has the potential of hurting them. And, during it's heyday, the program was at the top of the ratings ladder in early prime-time. It's still on TV, too - Sundays on ABC. There's even a 4-DVD set of shows on sale at Amazon.
Without knowing a background behind the video, it's hard to know whether it was a staged mishap (like some of the mishaps in Bam Margera videos, ie. CKY2K) or a video taken of someone being deliberately attacked (for the sick fun of watching it later). I'm inclined to think it was the latter, though. If so, it's not funny at all. -
It's not attempted murder at all...
Seriously, unless you are 10 years old......how is this funny? -
"America's Funniest Home Videos?" is often sick also - as they show on occasion some serious injury videos (which i dont mind watching), but then play some god awful laugh track about it which is pretty twisted ....

I don't remember AFHV ever showing deliberate violence like this. They show mishaps and idiocy, but not full out assault like this.

It looks like the little guy provoked the big guy. Just?, Maybe. Legal?. I don't think so. Funny?, Not unless the litle guy was a pedaphile or something.
As it is, it isn't funny. More details could change the perspective.IS IT SUPPOSED TO SMOKE LIKE THAT? -
