I was wondering if it is possible to have the audio and video files seperate on a VCD and have the DVD player combine them again. It always seems to be a bit smaller if they are seperate.
If this is possible then could I encode the audio file into mp3, since my player supports mp3? I know it seems kind of farfetched, but I'll try anything to fit more on one cd.
Thanks in advance!!!

The audio must be multiplexed with the video following the VCD spec. If not, the video may play silent, if at all.
