Does exist a way to keep fansub-like Subtitles in the DVD?

I mean, something like any Fansub will do in a Softsubbed file, that kind of font and stuff.

I have some crazy Ideas but I've never used to create Subs for a DVD, only the authoring itself, but here it comes:

I'm using DVD-Lab pro, it has pretty nice support for most subtitle formats, but I'm not pretty sure it will do this conversion, I know it can change the Subtitle Font, but only gives White and Yellow as options so...

The first Idea in my mind is:

Get the Subtitle Script apart and make an AVS for blank Video (or any color background), load it in SubRip and extract as Hardcoded sub in Bitmap mode, and this way it will preserve colors and typesetting

Well, that's all about this crazy Idea I have.

Hope somebody help, any Idea will be helpfull (and any correction too)

    hehe, nice reaction 8)

Well, is just like a hobbie to me, and I like to make some effort on it, I can just Hardsub it with the typesetting, but it won't work at all to me.

Actually, I'm studying Nihongo (Japanese), so I can train my skills at hearing with this, and if something is confusing I can activate a subtitle and then realize what they're saying, and for the typesetting part, I've just think it will be cool to have them like this and preserve the original stile given to the job as is....

I can simply get them on the XBMC but it does not have a full support for Subs, so cordinates will show as part of the sub, and hardsub will force me to read

.::EDIT::. I think they're called Forced Subtitles, it appears to be subtitles that can't be unloaded, even if you don't select any sub stream, but if you select for example, spanish sub and english audio (or Spanish Audio and no sub), the DVD player will bring you Forced subtitle for any part in a foreign language subbed in spanish (i.e. The movie is English native but there's some Rusian on it) , if you select English audio and no subs, the forced subtitles will be english.

Well, is something like this, but i'm not 100% sure
