DVD lab registration?

All right, I bought the program, a disc too. (Not on the site - Snail mailed it in because no one answers email) Where do I get the registration number? The numbers on the disc label do not jive with the questions in the DVD lab opening. And whoever it is that puts these things out do not respond to my emails. It's rather annoying to pay for a product that does not come with any kind of instructonal matter.

OK, I went there, signed up, posted and was told to contact my vendor. I got the vending site from this forum. The disc says Sunimage on it. I'm getting more than annoyed.
