pixels strange problem

I've notice some strange pixel problems with some of my photos and I think it's because of the windows, can anyone tell me please what might be the problem

I'm afraid I can't offer any advice on your problem, but you'll get many more responses if you give your thread a descriptive title. Many users just pass over threads with titles like this one, and it also makes searching more difficult for those with a similar problem in the future.
