my video MJPEG card: PINNACLE DC10+

i want to export movie in BEST formats,
to burn movie on CD (60-90 min per 1 CD)
i want to convert my captured movies in best formats such as:
1) MPEG 1, MPEG 2, MPEG 4 (how?)
2) to use Dvix compression (how?)
3) VIDEO CD: VCD, SVCD (how)
which CODECD do i need and where to GET them?
