    How can I find out what version of the firmware is on my LiteOn 5005 dvd recorder....??? I have the serial number that is displayed in setup written down at home (presently at work)... Based upon the serial number is there a way to find out what firmware I have...???

    The third set of 4 numbers should tell you the firmware version on the unit
