Hello all.
I have a Motorola HD cable box DCT6412 and I have found a way to capture video with my xp pro laptop via Firewire from the local channels, NBC, CBS etc even burning them (creating files with HDTV2DVD) to a dvd but when I try to capture from another non-local channel eg: hdnet, I do capture it using D-VHS, but when I try to play the captured file with windows media player classic, I get the message: "Cannot render the file".
Of course this doesnt let me burn the file as it stays doing nothing even when I click on the file with WMP classic.
Any ideas?
