    Article is 3 pages long, so I'm not pasting it. I met him when I was in HighSchool. Had a big assembly where he was the speaker. Didn't talk much about chicken. Mostly encouragement to go to college.

    You find a better way to cook tasty dark meat and not get it to feel rubbery in your mouth. I made some homemade chicken strips a couple weeks ago. Used thigh meat & breats meat. I like dark meat taste, but dang is it rubbery in strips. White meat was flaky and tender, the way it's supposed to be, but without spices or additional flavoring, it's kinda bland.

  4. Most chicken nuggets I have eaten barely resemble meat, they are reconstituted bits that probrably cant be used for anything else.

    Let's see, there are Hot Dogs, Bologna, Turkey Bacon, Pepperoni, Salami, Vienna Sausage....... It's all reconstituted. I don't even think thoze Frozen Entrees with salisbury steak Have the same meat REAL salisbury steak is made from.
