You find a better way to cook tasty dark meat and not get it to feel rubbery in your mouth. I made some homemade chicken strips a couple weeks ago. Used thigh meat & breats meat. I like dark meat taste, but dang is it rubbery in strips. Let's see, there are Hot Dogs, Bologna, Turkey Bacon, Pepperoni, Salami, Vienna Sausage....... It's all reconstituted. I don't even think thoze Frozen Entrees with salisbury steak Have the same meat REAL salisbury steak is made from.
