Hello, I hope someone can help me with this:

I'm attempting to mux a m2v file with a wav file I got from Final Fantasy X (ffx) (a ps2 game).
But the result was not satisfying.
The problem was not the muxing itself, but the GOP structure (I believe)

I asked the creator of the ffx movie-ripper some questions, but answered me with something I didnt understan quite well:

Question1 When I used TMPGEnc Plus to encode the files I got from the ripper, the last frames did not show in the mpeg2 files, how can I fix this?

Answere The last frame is a dummy black frame I added. Because the m2v files of ffx are consists of I- and B-pictures only. B-pictures refer both backward and forward I-pictures and hence to decode a B-picure requires the above both I-picutres.
However, in ffx B-picture refers ONLY backward I-picture like this: I1B1B2I2B3B4B5.
To get a correct MPEG2 file, we have to replace the frames: I1I2B1B2I3B3B4B5, where the I3-frame is the dummy black frame. This is why we have the black frame in the last.

    Question2 Ok, let's see.. (I am sorry I am a noob)

So to fix it I must go in the GOP structure?
Is this "code" different in every movie? and How should I modify it.

    Example; Video1.m2v: BBIBBPBBPBBPBBPBBP

    *I pictures in GOP: 1
    *P pictures in GOP: 5
    *B pictures in GOP: 2

Output interval of sequence header: 0

    Unchecked: Output bitstream for edit
    Checked: Detect scene change
    Unchecked: Force picture type setting

    what to do?
    *confused*
He writes that I have to replace "it" with this: I1B1B2I2B3B4B5.
But what is "it"? The GOP stucture?
I cant see any numbers there..
Can someone explain me what to do?
Tell me if you need more information...
