    I just a commercial for that v chip thats supposed to let parents block out tv programming based on a ratings system.

    We need a C chip for the rest of us.

    A chip that will filter out all the Crap on tv

    Just set it to eliminate all the meaningless talkshows and the lamest reality tv shows out there.

    Of course that'd only leave a few hours of watchable tv everyday
