I've been trying to figure that one out as well - I tell you what, over the next few days I will be trying various ways to see if I can make this do-able. Meanwhile, the main issue I seem to be having is with a scrolling capability.
What happens is if I create say a photo-DVD, I can see the entire page, but the type is completely unreadable as it's so small. So what I've been trying to do is to figure out a way to display a single panel at a time in full-screen mode so I can navigate a panel at a time.
So far, no love, but if I crack this I will let you know how I did it, ok?
Meanwhile, I'd also love to hear from others on this topic - I've a collection of old comics that have been scanned that I am just dying to burn to disc!
Cheers!

I dl'd an app that could take a .jpg and zoom, pan and tilt it and save the result as an .AVI. Unfortunately, I can no longer find it. IIRC it was called "Rostrum Cam" or something like that. It is Freeware, and actually worked OK. It was similar to this product: http://www.lumidium.com/index.htm ...
Found it! http://www.price-media.demon.co.uk/rostrum.html -

hi thanks for the links but the problem with Rostrum Camera is you can't select a the size of thee panel or the frame you want the square with wich you select is pre defined so you end up always with some little margins on the left or the right chopped off but just small ones any idea how to solve this problem ?
also when clicking create on bitmap2avi it always say error bmp files not found even if you selected the folder you have to do it twice or three times to work ans sometimes it crashes and disappears what the problem ? thanks for youor help -
I'm not sure if I understand everything you want to do, but I think Ulead Videostudio 9 might be able to do it. They have a 30 day free trial. Download it here: http://www.ulead.com/vs/trial.htm
