    Anyone else encounter this? All I can open is the audio portion of the file.

    There are many guides specific to TMPGEnc and Xpress listed in 'Tools' for those programs. One generic one is: https://www.videohelp.com/tmpgenc.htm#problems

    You would have to provide more info for a better answer. A screenshot of the video from Gspot would help considerably. Blank out the title of the video if you like.
